TASTING NOTES

Dense and light ruby red color with light garnet red reflections. The wine has a clean and pleasantly intense bouquet. The nose is well assorted, with hints of red rose petals, black cherries and raspberries that blend well with balsamic notes and vigorous salinity, developing a wide complexity. The taste is characterized by a lively freshness and light tannins, typical qualities of this vine. The spicy character of this wine continues to develop over time and thus ensures excellent drinkability in the future.

Colline di Sopra

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS

It is a wine that finds its completeness at the table. It goes wonderfully with pasta dishes with meat sauce, roast veal and baked lamb. It does not fear comparison even with medium-aged cheeses, as long as they do not smell too intense.
