Colline di Sopra – Montescudaio Tuscany
The 360-hectare terroir is located a few kilometres from the sea in an exceptionally favourable climatic position being sunny, caressed by sea breezes and protected to the north by hills and woods. As the Bolgheri conglomerate, it is characterised by calcareous soil and a sandy-clay and fine silty sands of a red-orange colour with calcareous origins and manganese nodules.
