VINIFICATION

Manual harvest. Selection of berries with an optical selection machine. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel vats and then malolactic fermentation. The aging of 24 months takes place in new barriques in Rovere French, Seguin Moreau, Icone Elégance ML. Afterwards, we carry out the bottling (without filtering)

TASTING NOTES

The color is intense ruby but not too dark. The aromas are directly linked to the varietal character with sensations of ripe plums, macerated flowers and black pepper. On the palate stands out the sweet maturity of the fruit that surrounds the center of the mouth and finds the energy and momentum to close in freshness with dense tannins in evidence together with a pleasant trail of mineral character. A Syrah that, although very young, reconciles the varietal matrix with the territorial one.

It is a wine that goes well with Tuscan crostini, pasta dishes with game sauces or more daring combinations with a spicy bottom.
