Manual harvest. Selection of berries with an optical selection machine. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel tank. The aging of 6 months takes place in steel vats. Afterwards, we carry out bottling (without filtering).
A dark and concentrated ruby red. The bouquet is consistent and shows distinct fruity notes of blackberry, cassis and plum, with a hint of chocolate and a delicate note of herbs. On the palate, this wine is finely textured and reveals a lively freshness with a fruit that is beautifully full and balanced wonderfully full and balanced. The minerality is well marked and pleasantly warm.
A wine that loves grilled meats, game and braised meats, but also pasta with meat sauce or porcini mushrooms. Not to be forgotten are the typical appetizers.
