Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Manual harvest. Selection of berries with an optical selection machine. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel vats and then malolactic fermentation. The 12-month ageing takes place in second-passage French oak barriques, Seguin Moreau, Icȏne Elégance ML. Afterwards, we carry out bottling (without filtering).

A dark and concentrated ruby red. The bouquet is coherent with pronounced fruity notes of blackberry, cassis and plum, with a hint of chocolate and a delicate herbal note. On the palate, this wine is finely structured and reveals a lively freshness with fruit that is beautifully full and balanced. The minerality is well marked and pleasantly warm.

A wine that loves grilled meats, game and braised meats, but also pasta with meat sauce or porcini mushrooms. Not to be forgotten are the typical starters.
