The colour is a dark yet brilliant ruby red. The aroma is compact, deep and concentrated. The bouquet is composed of spices, blueberries, cassis, cacao and a slightly balsamic note. Entry onto the palate is dense, full and consistent, with a soft, velvety feel. The finish is rounded and sweet, characterized by tightly woven tannins. This wine’s intense finale still exhibits a young character. This wine promises complexity and good cellaring potential thanks to the excellent quality of the tannins.

As a young wine, this goes well with starters with game and other meat dishes, including spicy ones. We recommend serving this red wine with game dishes after a few years of ageing in the bottle.
