The colour is an intense ruby red, without chromatic excess. Surprisingly intense and original on the nose, the aroma is accompanied by fruity notes of forest fruits, pepper and violet. Entry onto the palate is warm, grandiose and soft. It is concentrated in the centre of the mouth and develops there in an orderly and precise fashion. The finish is still a little tannic and young. Further bottle ageing would round out the wine and allow it to soften. The wine reflects the warmth of the season and its underlying strength is its potential to develop further.

This wine goes well with main courses, roasts and grilled meat.
